Real Access to Care.

For uninsured or women under 40 in the U.S. who do not have a primary care provider, the first barrier to early screening mammogram isn't the imaging itself, it's the physician consultation required to order it. Our Virtual Consultation Grant removes that barrier. Eligible women receive a clinical assessment from a licensed provider, via telehealth and when indicated, are issued a mammogram order.

• Mammogram order when clinically indicated
• Guidance on imaging centers accepting uninsured patients
• Follow-up support and care navigation after the visit

Through a trusted network of partner clinics in Togo, our voucher program gives women direct access to breast health services that would otherwise be out of reach. Each voucher is redeemable at a vetted partner clinic and may cover initial consultation, clinical breast exam, portion of breast imaging, and lab tests costs.

• Initial Consultation with a partner clinic physician

• Breast imaging and lab test (mammogram, ultrasound, biopsy) as indicated
• Referral coordination for follow-up and treatment when needed
